Pre-operative Instructions

Before surgery, we encourage patients to contact us or ask as many questions as necessary during their consultation appointment in order to ensure you’ll feel completely comfortable and confident with all of the procedures before you arrive. We’ll establish a complete pre-operative treatment plan that meets your unique needs prior to your visit, and encourage you to review some of the general preparation information on this page to find out more.

If you need to take any sedative or antibiotic medications prior to treatment, you should receive these at your treatment planning visit. If we need any referral forms, insurance claims, or other documentation to complete your treatment, please fill these out in advance. Talk to our team and your physician about how any of your regular prescriptions may impact the surgical treatment process. We may need you to forgo certain medications leading up to treatment.
